GamePoint will cover the cost of lost packages and damaged goods within reason as part of the included customer support. Just have your fans contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of sending a new item.
Global shipping is included in the cost of the item.
To qualify for the merch benefit, a fan must subscribe for 3 consecutive successful payments to any tier that includes the merch benefit. Otherwise, the fan will no longer qualify for the merch benefit.
Merch by GamePoint does not take into account historical subscription to a merch tier. After you launch your merch benefit, your fans will have to stick around for an additional 3 consecutive successful subscription months in order to become eligible to receive the merch.
You will receive a digital preview of your item. You can also order a physical proof of your merch before it gets shipped out to fans by emailing email@example.com.
Have them go to Page Settings at: itsgamepoint.com/profile-edit/page and fill out the Shipping Address field associated with your subscription. Note that if they do not have a shipping address on file, they can add one in their Settings Profile.
